Meet Your Hosts
Chad and Julie Herman, Traever and Andrea Guingrich, Chris and Amanda Esterling, and Alex and Brittany Neukomm together own this home. They have a total of 17 kids between them. They’re from Illinois, Indiana, and Alabama. They know what it’s like to travel to a place only to find out it wasn’t quite what they had in mind. That’s why they created GSM Properties, to accommodate the babies, the toddlers, the young ones, the tweens, and even teenagers. They’re available 24/7 and want to make sure you have a vacation experience you’ll never forget with your family.

Do you allow pets?
As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow pets in our vacation homes whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are sorry about this and hope you understand.
What are my booking conditions?
The minimum age requirement for booking is 25. At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $500. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
What is the sleeping arrangement at The Little Lady?
The Little Lady has two bedrooms with queen beds, each with a twin trundle tucked underneath, plus a bunk room that sleeps four. Eight guests can sleep in the standard beds, with room for up to 10 when both trundles are used.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full refund (less processing fees) for any cancellations made if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. Thereafter, we will refund 50% (less processing fees) for any cancellation that occurs 7 days before your arrival dates. No refunds will be given if a cancellation occurs less than 7 days before your arrival date.
How many guests can The Little Lady accommodate?
The Little Lady sleeps up to 10 guests. Eight guests sleep in the standard beds, with two additional sleeping spaces available on twin trundles beneath the queen beds.
Is there a way to save on booking fees?
Yes! By booking directly here on our website at gulfshoresfamilyvacation.com, you can save up to $100 compared to other booking platforms (Airbnb or Vrbo).
Are there any beach amenities available at the property?
Yes, we provide a variety of beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for family enjoyment.
What should I do if I have questions during my stay?
Our property manager, Traever, is available to assist with any questions or issues. His contact information will be provided in your booking confirmation.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow ample time for thorough cleaning between guests.
