We're four families with 17 kids between us, so we know firsthand that a great family vacation takes more than just a comfortable place to sleep.

Do you allow pets?
As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow pets in our vacation homes whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are sorry about this and hope you understand.
What are my booking conditions?
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. A $500 security deposit is authorized as a temporary hold on your credit card shortly before arrival. This is not an additional charge. The hold is released after checkout, provided there is no property damage or violation of house rules. All booking details, including payment terms and house rules, are provided before your reservation is confirmed.
How many guests can your Gulf Shores vacation homes accommodate?
Both of our Gulf Shores vacation homes accommodate up to 10 guests, with different sleeping arrangements designed for families. Visit each property's page for the complete bedroom and sleeping layout.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
For reservations booked directly through our website, 97% of the total booking charges will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival receive a 47% refund. No refunds are available within 7 days of arrival. If you booked through Airbnb or Vrbo, the cancellation policy shown on that platform applies.
How do the two properties differ?
The White Palm is perfect for families who want plenty of fun right at the house. Enjoy a private pool, sand volleyball, putting green, arcade games, kayaks, and Little Lagoon access. Public Gulf beach access is about a block away. The Little Lady offers a different experience, with a private sandy beach on Little Lagoon in the backyard and the Gulf beach just across the street. It's a great choice for families who love spending time on the water. Both homes sleep up to 10 guests and are thoughtfully equipped for memorable family vacations.
Is there a way to save on booking fees?
Yes! Booking directly through gulfshoresfamilyvacation.com can save you money compared to booking through Airbnb or Vrbo by avoiding additional third-party booking fees. You'll see the full price, including taxes and applicable fees, before confirming your reservation.
Are beach and water amenities provided?
Yes! Both homes include equipment to help your family enjoy the water. The White Palm provides kayaks, life jackets, and a beach wagon for transporting your gear to the nearby Gulf beach. The Little Lady includes kayaks, a paddleboard, life jackets, beach chairs, and beach toys, with a private Little Lagoon beach right in the backyard. What should I do if I have questions during my stay?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM to allow ample time for thorough cleaning between guests.
